NJSACOP and Vincent Bove have teamed up to develop additional educational programs to enhance private security, corporate, educational and law enforcement leadership, management and security protocol.
The Bergen County Law & Public Safety Institute, which encompasses Police, Fire and EMS Academies, is highly regarded and nationally recognized for its excellence in public safety education and training. At the Institute, public safety personnel, quasi-governmental, corporate and non-profit agencies train under expert certified instructors in one of the most advanced, high-tech facilities in the United States, including the Life Safety Complex, the 32 position outdoor Firing Range, the Confined Space Facility and Smoke Tower.
Vincent Bove has served the Institute as a keynote speaker and primary instructor for over six years and will continue to work with the Institute to develop and host additional educational venues.
The North Jersey Regional Crime Prevention Officers Association (NJRCPOA) and Vincent Bove provide leadership with educational venues which include Gang Awareness, Leadership Development, School Violence Prevention, Private/Public Partnerships and Diversity.

- Conducted training for FBI division supervisors on American Leadership Principles in an Age of Corruption
- Presented American Leadership Principles in an Age of Scandal to 250 FBI agents and NYPD Joint Terrorism Task Force Detectives during an All Hands on Deck Training Session for the FBI Counterterrorism Division in NYC.
- Keynote dinner speaker at Princeton University for the FBI Academy ’s Law Enforcement Executive Development Seminar.
- Keynote address on Leadership: Critical to Emergency Planning, Facility and Community Preparedness to over 500 law enforcement, emergency managers, first responders and corporate leaders at an Emergency Management Conference in New York .
- Served as Master of Ceremonies for 500 attendees of the Contingency Planning and Management national conference in Las Vegas and delivered keynote entitled American Leadership in an Age of Disaster and Violence
- Conducted training sessions of all public safety personnel on Responsibilities of a Security Professional and Public Safety Leadership Principles for Fairleigh Dickinson University as well as training for all Port Authority Police Department Lieutenants on “Law Enforcement Leadership Principles”.
- Speaker for the Building Owners and Managers Association’s of NY and NJ on terrorism awareness, workplace violence prevention and evacuation plans to property/security executives in New York City and New Jersey .
- Authored numerous articles on leadership principles, facility and community emergency preparedness, evacuations, law enforcement and private security partnerships, private security responsibilities against terrorism and the American gang culture.
